OKLUG is a large community of AFOLs in Oklahoma City and Tulsa always welcoming new builders and fans of Lego!
OKLUG is the Oklahoma LEGO® User Group. We have groups in both Oklahoma City and Tulsa. Our OKC group meets on the odd-numbered months, and our Tulsa chapter meets on the even-numbered months.
We meet regularly to show off our own creations, engage in many group activities such as speed builds, challenge builds, brick drafts, and even a holiday gift exchange! We also discuss events around the city to participate in, teach building techniques, and review LEGO sets past, present, and future.
We construct displays for metro area libraries to encourage reading, host STEM events, participate in community activities to support local causes and charities, collaborate with other LUGs and professionals around the country, and take “field trips” to the local LEGO Store as a group.
Our meetings in OKC are on the odd-numbered months and are typically held the 2nd Saturday of the month. Tulsa holds its meetings on the even-numbered months and typically the 2nd Saturday too. We usually have our meetings in a local library, but sometimes we will use a local store like Bricksville or Bricks and Minifigs as the meeting site. The meetings are from 1-3pm and include many of the activities listed above. You’re welcome to bring a custom creation to show off and participate in our meeting’s activity. We look forward to greeting you at a meeting very soon!
